Customer name, address, phone number, traveler’s name, and age are shared with applicable service providers like airlines, hotels, etc., for the purpose of reservation and booking the services for the customer/traveler.
Information like phone number, email address, and billing address may be used for promotional purposes unless the customer/user has unsubscribed from such services. If you choose not to share this information, you can still visit the TourX website, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services.

Tourx keeps user data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined previously. The duration for which we keep user data is based on the type of data, user category, and the reasons why we gathered the data.
Legal and regulatory requirements, safety, security, fraud prevention, and account-related concerns, such as outstanding credit or unresolved claims or disputes, may also determine the duration for which Tourx retains user data.
Users can delete their accounts at any time through the Profile Manage Data Delete Account in the TourX app. Upon a deletion request, Tourx deletes the user’s account and data, unless they are required to be retained due to legal, regulatory, or account-related issues. How Does TourX Share Your Data with Third Parties
